Step 1: Create a smart proposal intake form

Start by designing a form that captures all the details you need to build a proposal. This may include:

• Client name, email, phone, address
• Project title and description
• Timeline (start and end dates)
• Scope details: size, location, number of units, land area
• Estimated budget and materials
• Signature field

Use field IDs for each input (e.g., client_name, project_title) — you’ll use these later to pipe values into your AI prompt.

Step 2: Write a dynamic AI prompt to generate the proposal

Once your form is built, head to the Ending Page and add an AI Smart Content block. This is where you’ll write the AI prompt that shapes your final proposal.
