Not sure what your form is missing? Let AI suggest follow-up fields based on your form’s structure and content.

Just click Add related question in the Formaloo AI panel and see suggestions appear instantly – including the field type which you can tweak as needed. Regenerate suggestions until it fits your flow, then add it in one click.

Great for polishing onboarding flows, enriching lead forms, or discovering gaps you hadn’t thought of.

✍️ Magic Rewrite: Smarter wording, instantly

Wording can make or break a form. With Magic Rewrite in the Formaloo AI panel, you can instantly:

• Make your questions more clear
• Shorten or proofread the text
• Adjust the tone – make it sound more friendly or more professional

It works with question titles, descriptions, and even with answer options in multiple choice fields. You’ll see your current version side-by-side with the new polished one. You can replace, regenerate, or keep your original – all in one click.

📩 AI Smart Content now works inside email templates

AI Smart Content blocks – previously limited to ending pages – are now available in custom email templates as well!

Whether it's a tailored summary after a quiz, a thank-you message with custom insights, or a next-step recommendation – your emails can now be as dynamic and context-aware as your ending page.

Just add an AI Smart Content block to your template, reuse the AI prompt from your ending page, or write a new one specifically for your follow-up. You can also use logic to trigger different templates based on user’s responses in your form.

This makes your emails not just automated, but truly personalized – with recaps, feedback, or suggestions that reflect each respondent’s input.

⚙️ Smarter logic for email automation

Two small but powerful improvements to follow-up automation logic:

• You can now send emails using the value from an email verification field – not just regular email fields.
• You can also refer to portal users in logic, pulling their email address right from the profiles.

Now, you can easily automate confirmation emails, follow-ups, or reminders inside authenticated flows.

📊 Improved filtering for CSAT & Number fields

Want to find only your most dissatisfied users? Or filter submissions where the quantity exceeds a certain value? You can now use greater than or less than filters on CSAT and Number fields in your response tables.

Combine this with any other filters to focus on the most important subsets of your data, prioritize follow-ups, dig into edge cases, or act quickly on high-impact leads.

🗑️ Bulk delete responses from the table

Need to clear test data before going live? Now you can bulk delete submissions right from your Responses table. Select multiple rows – or all – and hit delete. Simple as that.

This makes test runs cleaner and your live data easier to manage from day one.
