1- Create email templates
Before you set up conditional notifications, first create the email templates you will send. For our example, we’ll create two templates:
- A thank-you email for attendees who rated the event as “Excellent” or “Good.”
- An improvement suggestions email for those who rated the event as “Fair” or “Poor.”
2- Set up your feedback form
For this example, imagine your feedback form includes a question like:
“How would you rate the event?” with options such as:
- Excellent
- Good
- Fair
- Poor
When setting up the feedback form, make sure to include the following:
- Add an email field: This is crucial for collecting respondents’ email addresses, allowing you to send follow-up emails.
