🎨 Custom-branded login & signup on portals
Your brand should shine at every touchpoint – not just inside your portal or forms. Now, when users log in or sign up through your portal, they’ll see your logo front and center on the authentication screen.
This small but mighty update builds trust and recognition, especially for internal tools, client dashboards, or branded community spaces. The entire experience feels cohesive – no jarring handoffs or generic interfaces.
✏️ Smoother form editing
Editing forms just got way faster, with all the editing tools right where you need them.
- Drag & drop fields to re-order in the left panel
Rearranging your form layout is now instant and intuitive. - One-click duplicate
Need multiple similar questions or variables? Clone any field or variable in two clicks instead of creating from scratch! - Hover to delete options in a question
One tap and done.
When building forms with lots of fields or in many iterations, these tweaks are true time-savers.
🔁 Answer piping into default field values
Repetitive typing? Gone. You can now pipe values from earlier fields or from URL parameters directly into other fields’ default values (to pre-fill them while still letting the users make edits).
Examples:
- A user selects their country in a dropdown → the address line further down the line is automatically pre-filled with their country, so the user only has to add the street, apt. #, etc.
- A name is passed via URL (e.g.,
?name=Sara) → the Name text field is pre-filled yet still editable.
Perfect for onboarding, lead forms, event signups, or demos where you already know part of the answer – and don’t want to ask twice.
🚀 Revamped onboarding for new workspaces
Starting fresh now feels frictionless. Whether you’re launching a new team, client project, or internal tool, the updated workspace setup flow guides you step by step.
You’ll see:
- A live preview of your workspace URLs
- Smart template suggestions based on your goal, instant access to Formaloo's curated Template gallery
Two seconds from firing up a new workspace to editing your project – not a single hiccup along the way.
🖥️ Better scaling across all screen sizes
Whether you’re using a widescreen monitor, a mid-size laptop, or a tablet on the go – the Form Editor now scales beautifully to fit your screen. No more cut-off panels, overflowing scroll bars, and broken layouts. Now, every screen feels like the right screen to build on.
