What's behind Formaloo AI? Is it your own AI system?
Yes. Formaloo AI is the next generation of the whole Formaloo platform. As you know, Formaloo’s ML engine and Formaloo Data analytics are the core of our platform, so we wanted to unleash the full potential and power of Formaloo with the next generation of the Formaloo platform.
Thousands of businesses were using Formaloo CDP and data analytics to do market research, product research, and measure customer engagement. Now these modules are evolved and shaped Formaloo AI. Formaloo AI engine 1.0 is built on top of the Formaloo ML engine, CDP, and Formaloo data analytics.
How does it work without any shared data?
One of the most interesting parts of the Formaloo AI is Formaloo AI agent bots. These AI bots will act as real users to test a new feature. Formaloo AI will use its feedback to analyze any part of a product automatically.
This means that you don’t even need to share your customers’ data or interactions with Formaloo AI at all.These AI agents will act as normal users and normal customers with different attributes and different approaches.
Formaloo AI analyzes all gathered information and provides the enterprise with deep analytics points, such as missed opportunities, top threats, ways to improve the business model, UX improvements, and even deep competitor analytics. This means with Formaloo AI, you can even analyze your competitors and identify what they did right, what they did wrong and the best opportunities to win over them.

In what plans Formaloo AI is available?
Formaloo AI analytics and Formaloo No-code AI builder are available in Pro plans and higher. Our pricing plan is Pay-as-you-use. So you can use your Formaloo AI credits to use these modules and you can purchase more credits if you wish.

How does Formaloo AI credits work?
There's no charge for Formaloo AI itself. You have free AI credits that you can use to test out the different modules. After that, you can purchase AI credits to do more. Each module use AI credits to operate and you can see how much it will use before using it.
This way, there's no unexpected bill. First you'll see how much credit you will need and then you can decide to purchase it or not.
How does Formaloo On-Premise (Self hosted) works?
Formaloo On-Premise (Self-Hosted) is a dedicated full version of Formaloo that will install on your own servers and you will have your very own databases with all of your customizations.
All you databases, files, and workflows will be 100% inside your own infrastructure, and can be used in even private networks (intranets).
