Step-by-step guide on how to create a custom chatbot

1- Create and customize your form or survey
To get started, select one of our ready-to-use templates or start a new one from scratch. Sign-up for free if you still don’t have an account and test it yourself. To add a template to your workspace, click “Edit this template.”
In our guide, we will use the lead generation quiz template.
Use the “Design” tab to customize the quiz to suit your needs.
You can modify the quiz’s style and colors, add a background image, or even change the wording that appears on the buttons and notifications. You will then have a chatbot quiz that is consistent with the appearance and feel of your brand.
Use answer piping to call the respondents by their names throughout the quiz to customize the chatbot.
Enable the “partial submits (auto-save)” option from the “Settings” tab to see the incomplete answers from respondents who start the survey, respond to a few of your questions, and then stop.
