Enhanced logic and flexible answer referencing let you create smarter, more personalized workflows. With new language support, you can reach and engage a wider audience. Data management is also easier than ever thanks to faster tables with advanced filtering and detailed client portal views. Plus, faster and smarter AI-powered file analysis delivers instant insights without any coding, making your work more efficient and scalable.

New, more powerful Form editor 🚀

This is not only a UI upgrade but also we’ve made powerful performance upgrades to our new form editor!

Now you can create longer forms with no delay in creation. It’s faster, smoother, and easier to navigate. Better variable handling and a revamped logic section make building forms a breeze.

Variable have their own section now, making managing them a lot easier.

New language support!

Now you can reach larger audience with Arabic, French, Hebrew, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Persian (Farsi) support across all forms.

Forms are also supported with RTL.

Answer pipe with @ in custom emails

To pipe field’s values, now you can use @ in front of field ID’s to pipe them in custom emails. As long as you’ve set the IDs for the fields, it’s not easier to just pipe the ID and not reference to the field number. However, don’t worry, the old {{field_3_value}} still works too.

This way you can ensure custom email is personalized for each user.

Formaloo AI got a major upgrade

We've significantly sped things up, making response generation 130% faster. The platform can now handle different models at once, offering more flexibility and power. Plus, it's better at understanding your prompts, so you'll get more accurate and useful results. 

All these improvements mean we're ready for the exciting launch of Formaloo AI 1.0.

File analysis with AI ✨

Upload PDFs, Excel or plain text and let Formaloo AI analyze it for you. 

You can easily upload your documents and instruct Formaloo AI to analyze, extract information, or summarize them, streamlining your data processing and making it even easier to gain insights from your files.

User Field in logic 

You can now use the user field it in all types of logic, not just for sending emails. 

For example, you can create rules like “If User (field) is answered, then redirect to a custom URL” after form submission. This makes it easier to personalize the experience for logged-in users across your workflows.

Client portal updates

You can now view individual user profiles inside your client portal. This means you can see each user’s data separately, making it easier to offer personalized experiences and manage user-specific details.

The table block got a power-up

Table block is now way faster with large datasets, it has new multi-filtering options with a “Hide Columns” toggle, also a better sidebar for editing rows, and a smarter app UI when viewing tables in portals.

Fully white-labeled portals 

Now you can connect their own custom domains (e.g., yourdomain.com) and subdomains (e.g., app.yourdomain.com) to their content. 

This provides greater branding control and a more professional online presence. Users can configure these custom addresses within their account settings.

Custom profile fields in portals

You can now collect and store any user information you need—everything from addresses and birthdays to medical records and insurance files—securely stored inside each user’s profile.

HubSpot integration upgrade

Now supports syncing contacts, deals, and companies, and our product team has worked on every reported bug to deliver a better performance.

New paid plans!

We’ve redesigned the Upgrade Workspace page to make it cleaner and easier to understand. Now it's simpler to compare plans, see what’s included, and choose the right upgrade for your team, without any clutter.
